Card Man, Inc is a registered company with the state of South Carolina. Card Man, Inc is not responsible for the actions, views, or beliefs of any of its clients. Card Man, Inc is also in now way responsible or cannot be held responsible for any of its clients.
Print Items
Print items are to be proofed and verify the look, wording, and spelling before printing begins. On all printing, payment is due when the proof has been approved of. Any mistakes found after the proof was approved of will be the responsibility of the client and at no time will there be a refund be issued. As in any printing, color variations may occur and differ from the proof. Card Man, Inc takes care to minimize the effect of color variations but cannot be responsible for minor differences from the proof and the final product. All designs and images are under copyright and ownership of Card Man, Inc and at no time can any property of Card Man, Inc be used without written consent.

Card Man, Inc does not take responsibility for the views and actions of any client’s website. All websites are designed per clients criteria, however Card Man, Inc does reserve the right to deny material deemed inappropriate. Card Man, Inc is not responsible for any loss or damage to a business resulting from website design or any downtime a website may incur. Card Man, Inc takes pride in having a 99.9% uptime for websites but is not responsible for any event that may result in a website being offline.
Payment
Card Man, Inc accepts Cash, Checks, and Most Major Credit Cards. A fee of 2% will be added unless otherwise specified to all invoices paid by credit card over $250. Card Man, Inc reserves the right to withhold all print items and website services until payment has been made. Payment options are available on website services in some cases, but a deposit will be required. Card Man, Inc also reserves the right to add any bank fees associated with the return of a check including a $35 fee. Late fees and penalties may also be added to any account found to be past due.
